it is customary to present tribute in a giftcard or small gift bag.
For Incalls, if the tribute is not presented within those first 5 minutes,
I will politely ask you to exit.
For Outcalls, if the tribute is not presented within those first 5 minutes,
I will kindly exit.
If you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol,
and the tribute is not presented within those first 5 minutes,
I will kindly exit asap.
